The first six of the Australians were out for 45, the rest bring up the score. The first three Middlesex made 107, the rest coilfpsod. The bowling of GarreLt was very effective. The total does not tally with those given yesterday, 44 on the Middlesex side wantiug. LONDON (undated). The second innings of the Austral inns closed for 240. LyUleton, 37, not out ; wide, 1. The fielding of the Australians generally, was good. The wicket-keeping of Blackham' was very good. There was a large attendance at the match. «
