IN pnrsuance of •' The Rating Act, 1876," it is hereby notified that it is the intention of the Pukekura Highway Diatrict Board, on the 220 d day of June lust,' to make a Rate of Ninepence m the & upon the value of the Kateabio Property within the Baid District as appearing on the Valuation Roll now m force for the said diatrict, for a period commencing on the Ist day of July, 1878, and ending on the 31st day of March, 1879, and tbat the said Sate will become payable m one sum on the 31st day of August, 1878, at the residence of Hugh FirzGBKALD, Collector. It is further notified that the Rate Book is open for inspection at the residence of the said Hugh Fitzgerald, Pukekura, for all Ratepayers, during reasonable hours. Dated this sth day of June, 1878.
