BERLIN, June 6. The Socialist Conspiracy is found to be widespread. Many arrests have been made. Severe repression is advocated, and it is even urged that the European Conference should deal with the question. An Imperial decree has been issued tantamount to confessing a temporary Regency on the Grown Prince.
