AN ULTIMATUM SENT TO THE PORTE.
LONDON, May 19. The 'Daily Newr' efcates that General Todleben has sent to the Porte an ultimatum, demanding the evacuation of Scbumla, Varna, and Batoum. / It is rumoured that the Russians j will occupy Bajukdere. ! A serious riot has occurred at Preston.
