Also, By-Law No. 2, " For the Regulation of the Borough of Hamilton Abbatoire." Such By -Laws were amended at Section No. 9, By-Law No. 2, and finally adopted and confirmed at a Special Meeting of the Council, held on Wednesday, the Bth day of May, 1878.
