DIIUNKENNESS. John Haylifct waa charged witli drunkenness, and forfeited his bail.

EJECTMENT.

John Knox, as agent for the trustees of Maria I?. Knox applied for a power of ejectment against John James Howe, blacksmith, and recovery of £10.

Plaintiff stated that he gave notice to defendant to surrender the premises on the 27th cf April. He had not done so or paid the rent now due.

The Court ruled th.it possession must bo given to plaintiff by noon of next day, and that defendant must pay the £10 claimed and costs 235. DOX TAX. McPhearson v. Clare. Ike defendant did not appear.
