NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of Hamilton, at a Special Meeting held on the 29th day of April, 1878, determined to adopt By-Law No 1, "To provide for the Better Rule and Government of the Borough of Hamilton." Also, By-Law No. 2, "■ For the Regulation of the Borough of Hamilton Abbatotre," Such By-Laws were amended at Section No. 9, By-Law No. 2, and finally adopted and confirmed at a Special Meeting of the Council, held on Wednesday, the Bth day of May, 1878.
