PUBLIC GRIEVANCE.
Sic, — In reply to "Newcastle," I beg to say that my horses got into the ornamental piece of ground, referred to m his letter, with other cattle. Now, "Newcastle" says it is fairly fenced, but I must contradict liim. It seems to me that it is not a public grievance, but a private grudge. I may tell "Newcastle, 1 if he has got a great liking for that pretty piece of ground, and any spare time (which I should think he has), that he will be doing more good to give a carter a hand to repair the fence than waste his time m writing. — Yours, etc., J. Ebickson (carter).
