ATRemuera, on -Thursday, dairy cattle ■were numerous, and although two cows brought respectively £12 and £13 each, prices were lower, and several withdrawn. Store oattle m moderate number and at late values. Fat cattle m full supply, and mostly of good quality ; last week s values fully sustained. Sheep m- less than usual numbers, and better enquiry. Averages obtained -were:— H. Knox, 12 steers, £10 Is 6d;.T. Rogers, 9 head, £7 10s; P. Scott, 5 steers, £8 ss; Alex. Ramsay, 19 steers, £9 Is, 13 cows, £7 15s; F Foster, 14 head mixed sexes, £5 12s Gd ; Alan Scott, i stews, £8 Us; 6 cows, £G 17s 6d; J. H. Scott, 9 head, £7 6s; Bobt. Bent. 24 steers, £2 ss; J. W. Williams, 21 steers, £7 ; Jos. Gane, 121 heep, 1 12s -Id; 110 wethers, R. Kelly, 16s Bd. MESSRS HUNTS* AND NOLAN* S WEEKL S KErOBT. Dairy cows and store stock were m rather limited supply. Good cows, at their profit, sold well ; and stores were m improved request. For fat beasts, previous week's prices were maintained, but for some pens, insufficiently fatted, oempetition was slack, and prices were, relatively lower. Dairy cows sold from £8 to £12 17a 6a; -weaned calves, from 30s to £2 2s ; yearlings, from £2 10s to £3 3s: two and three year-old steors, from £i to £5 15s; beef, best quality, 26s to 29s per lOOlbs. ; inferior, from 23s per lOOlbs. _ Best wethers sold from los 0d to 1 <s ; mixed sexes, from 12s 6d to 14s ; fat lambs, from 9s Gd to 13s each ; aged ewes, m low condition, from hi to os each ,
