Hamilton, 16th Apbil, 1878. (Before W. N. Scaranclce, Esq., 8.M.) »-* DRUNKENNESS. Charles • McKenzie pleaded guilty to the above offence. Sergeant McGovern stated it was the second time within a very recent date. Fined 10s and costs, m default 48 htus'i mjirisonmen t. William Bedal pleaded guilty to a similar charge. The {Sergeant stated it was the prisoner's Ist offence. Fines . 5s and costs or 24 hours' imprisonment. William Taylor also pleaded guilty to the above charge. Fined 5s and costs. In default 24 hours imprisonment.
