CRICKET MATCH AT CAMBRIDGE.
CIVILIANS Vi ARMED CONSTABULARY. The return match was played on Monday last, and resulted in another victory for the Civilians. The A.C. went to the wickets first, and made 70 runs. Towards the close of the Civilians' innings, the excitement was great, and odds were offered against the Civilians, but W. Clare carried out his bat for 17 runs — winning by two wickets and one run. Captain Morrison made the good score of 23, by careful play, Lr the A.C. Steele's bowling wa s better than at the previous match. Morrison's was, also, good. Ths following are tho scores ; — A.C.
