A. BUCKLAND'S 'WEEKLY BEFOBT. '• At Remuera, on Thursday, dairy cattle (mostly of ah inferior class) were abundant, and prices showed a downward tendency, but for. really good and quiet animals there was a steady demand. Store cattle offered in large numbers ; choice animals maintained their value, but illconditioned and ill-bred 'cattle were at nolninal prices. Fat cattle ware in full -apply— l3s head yarded — ail of good quality ; biddings were slow, and. h few i'at cattle were .withdrawn, but, On tkfi whole, last week's Values were sustained ; prices ranged, from 22/ to 27/ the lOOlbs, aud 123 head were sold to the trade. Store sheep wore numerous, and in fair inquiry. Fat slveep plentiful, and at irregular vylues; choice pens brought last week's pr_.es, but fit. greater number were at lower rates. Averages obtained wea* ; — 29 Iteari. oxen, Joseph Pennington, £10 10/j ilO steers, Westbrooks, £8 1 1/-; "J steers, R. LyoKS c '_£7 11/6; 7 steers, J. Doiigal,: £7 12/6; 21 (.teers, J.
