IT having been proved to me that no Valuation List has been prepared, as required by "The Rating Act, 1876," for the Patetere Riding, I do hereby appoint MR JOHN HUNT, of Taotaoroa, as Valuator, to make such List, and order that the same shall be completed and deposited for public inspection at the house m the occupation of Mr Augustus Vosper, at Paeroa, on the 12th day of March instant, and that all objections thereto shall be delivered at the said house on or before the 22nd day of March inßt ; and I appoint a Bitting of the Assessment Court for hearing such objections to be held at the said house, on the 2nd day of April next at 12 o'olock noon.
