The upset price of land sold by auction will be increased from five to ten shillings per acre, according to value. Melbourne, February 11. THE POLITICAL CKISIS. It is expected that toimorrow or at an early day a member of the Ministry m the Legislative Council will move that the Payment of Members Bill be restored to the Notice Paper. The Assembly tomorrow will discuss the resolutions for an address. to the Queen, and afterwards there will be an adjournment for three weeks.
