Hamilton West Town Boards, furnished to ufi^by the Chairman, Mr*' Vial-ju, m response to' the suggestion which appeared m our iesuo of Thursday. The statement of the Hamilton East Board has aotbeen forwarded to us, and we are therefore unable to place it beforo our readers. We trust that there is no special motive for withholding it.

The Race Ball, we understand, has been fixed for -the 15th inst. and^wUl come off at the Commercial Hotel, Hamiltbh 1 .
