Prima Donna got the lead, but j Vlemento soon forged ahead, folowed by Late m the Field. In the hird round, Late m the Field was jailed upon ; he shoe past Memento, md — though afterwards gamely .hallenged by the mare —he was lever afterwards collared, and won rather easily by two lengths. In the straight Prima Donna passed Vir Martyn's mare and secured second place. Hurry Scurry. — Master had his race all tbe way. Forced Handicap Flat Race (for winners). — Derby (Bst. 71ba.), Loafer (Bst.), Late m tbe Field (9st. 21bs.), and Master (9s. 91bs.) started. Master fell and Derby bolted, Loafei won wi'b considerable ease, scoring another victory for his -onulur owner. Consolation Stakes Handicap. —This race lay bei ween Count and Memento (Bst. 71 lis.).
