Ihe new Act wili be incorporated with and reau with the Counties Aot, and provides .Hat contracts shall be made m tin -uame of the County C'ouucil, anu ior convening special meetings oi uon-working Councils. It permits .ne' Conuoil.from time to time to vote such reasonable sums as it may iiiiuk fit to defray the travelling expenses of councillors coming frou. a distance.
