I hereby notify that under the provisions of the Public Works Act of 1876, clause 87, the Highway Board of tuis District has determined that that portion of the district road known as Wharf Road, commeaeing from tbe north western corner of Allotm nt number 1, and extending thence to an! along the eastern an southern boundaries respectively of Allotments INos 2, 3, 4. 5, and 6, sh >11 be increased in widoh, and ?h:ili include all the laDd from those boundaries to the River Waikato, which there forms the limit of the district.
