IN two or three Cargoes of my Timber reoently shipped to "Timber Dealers" m the Waikato, portions of the Timber have been objected to as Inferior, and Sold as SECOND CLASS, without me being alvisedof the transactions unti after disposal. This I consider unjust, and hereby give notica that should any of my Timber sold to Dealers and others bo objected to, it must be handed over to my Agent, Captain Campbell, p s. • Lilie,' within Ten Days of Delivesy. I am prepared to take the Rejected Timber back, provided it be not liemoved from the Landing* Place ; but will resist any further Claims which may be attempted to be imposed upon me. MR- HARRY LAMB baa been appointed Ranger for this Biafcrict, and is authorised to receive and to register applications for permission to Depasture Horses and Horned Cattle within the limits, for the year ending 30th June, 1878, and also to receive all Fees. The Fees for Registration and for permission to Depasture, will be Ten Shillings per Head, and are to be paid' to the Ranger, on or before the 15th iuat. Also, about 50 chain already thrown out to be leveled, and road formed to a width of 15 feet from edge of ditch.
