WaiAAto TimesObviob, Wednesday evening. ALFRED BTJOKLAND REPORTS. A* the Ohaupo Cattle sale, held'on Tuesday, 9th October, there was ai larger muster of stock than at the previoiissale. Buyers were plentiful lor all classes of cattle, especially for young well bred heifers, and the competition throughput the sale was brisk. Prices obtained were 6a to 10s a head higher than at last sale, 478 head of cattle were yarded, and all sold, with the exception of 20 steers, which were in very low condition. 103 halfrbred wethers sold at and 13s 6d j mall eiz“d ewehoggetts, 7s ; wethers, g ftl: 44 aged ewes and lambs,| 8a 6d gnb The waggon and harneaa j adver* i sed sold for £2B. ; , • j ' - • ' r /
