A many eopie were antagonistic to h*mtiug, aud the bares came m for abuse, but he would, remind them tbat hares were unsociable animals, and never got thick iv any place, aod any farmer who oonld not support half a dozen bares could not support a farm. (G'beers,) 'Jhey must' ha men of very small minds. Que farmer said to him that he could not support a dog, and wondered why he kept so m.ny. He aaid they cost' too muoh.
