THE RUSSIANS SURROUNDED. GABROVA STORMED. Bombay, August 27, 11.38 a.m. The Russian official despatch states that there has been continuous fighting m the Shipka Pass until the morning of the 25th inst. The Russians are now completely surrounded, and the Turks command the line of tetreat by Gabrova: A despatch from Stamboul, dated the 26th instant, states {that Sulieman Pasha has captured the Shipka Pass, and has attacked Gabrova. DEFEAT AND RETREAT OF THE RUSSIANS.
