RUSSIANS PREPARING FOR A WINTER CAMPAIGN/ ; Bombay, August 24. 12.15 pm A Russian official dispatch says that Sulieman Pasha, with forty battalions, made a renewed attack on,the Shipka Pass on the 21st, but was repulse I. Fighting was proceeding after dark.. The Turks, under Hpfteha, simpltaneously advanced on Selvi. . 3fhe result is unknown. The Russians are preparing for a winter campaign.
