\.Z^fii • meeting of members of the troop " y been called to take into eonsidera* ' tion the advisability of continuing the services of the Corps under the existing regulations, or otherwise. A large portion of the troop met last evening in •■ the Public Hall to discuss the subject. Ihe resolutions of the Cambridge troop having 'been read, it was proposed that the meraher* of the Te Awamutu Troop, while, sympatising with' the feeling expressed in the resolutions adopted by the Cambridge troop, do.not deem it necessary, to take any steps in the matter, pending the proposed inspection of Waikat* Cavalry Volunteers by a Minister of.the Government. The proposition having been put, to the meeting, was unanimously earned. It was proposed "That the annual review do take place on, the Racecourse at dhaupol"' After "' some' discussion,, the proposition was agreed to. It was also proposed, "If Ohaupo suited the Cambridge troop as the place for Holding the review, that a member from the Te Awa, Cambridge, 1 and Hamilton troops be aippoirited tv form a conmittee to make ; Brrangeinants for crrrying out the business of that day.
