A large Collection of Views of Kaipara and Manakau Heads for Sale. /CONDITIONS FOR PLOUGHING Kj AND HARROWING TWO THOUSAND ACRES AT MATAMATA, NEAR CAMBRIDGE. (The lard will be cleared ready for ploughing.) The ploughing to be not less than three inches deep, furrows to be clean cut nnd well turned over in a workman like manner. No tender will be accepted for less than 200 acres. For each 200 acres one double furrow plough must be kept at work from not later than October Ist till the work be completed. Land ploughed to be well harrowed twice. Harrows, paddock and house accommodation, will be provided. A blacksmith on the Estate. The work must be completed before the 28th February, 1878, to the satisfaction of Mr Tiomas Cawkwell. Oats or corn will be furnished, if needed at Cambridge, at Auckland wholesale prices, with carriage added. Mr W L Williams will point out the ground. Seventy-five (75) per cent will be paid as the work proceeds. One half of each contract must be finished before 15th December, 1877 » in default such contract will be terminated and re-let. If a contract be not completed on February 28tb, 1878, ten per oent of amount of portion finished will be forfeited. Tenders wanted for the purchase of 170,000 feet White Pine Timber, including 120,000 feet first-class General Building Material, chiefly Boards, 30,000 P T and G, and 20,000 feet second-class (boards). The undersigned wishes to clear off the above stock in order to make improvements in the stacking ground and wharf, so as to facilitate the loading of barges.
