PROGRAMME OF HORTICULTURAL SHOW. General Regulations. I—All entries must be made in w ting e addressed to the Secretary, Bost-offio Cambridge, on or before 2—All entries must be made in the name of the bona fide owner. 3—The ticket for entrance must be pro' duced to the gatekeeper or the exhibit will not be admitted. 4 —Horses must be haltered or led, and o no account be removed from then allotted stands without the permission of the Stewards. . v - s—All bulls to be led, s—Servants in charge of stock to be subject to the orders of the Committee. 7 —Exhibitors will be required to state as accurately as possible in writing at the time of entry, the date of birth of all stock in olasses where the. age is specified, and in all classes of sheep the time of last shearing. B—Pedigrees of stock should be deposited with the Secretary at the time of making entry. 9 —No stock or implements exhibited to be removed from the yard until after 5 o'clock on the day of show without a special order from the Committee. 10—The Committee will not hold themselves responsible for loss, damage, or misdelivery of stock or k implements exhibits at the show. - 11—In tho event of there being no competition in any class, no prize will be given, unless the Judges certify to particular merit. Power is also reserved to withhold a prize where the Judges consider' it ought not to be awarded for want of merit, even where there is competition. 12—Extra tock, not enumerated under any of the above classes,,may be exhibited by paying the usual entrance fees as in the class,, to which they are most closely allied. Honorary certificates may be awarded, but t no prize, unless there be competition. 13—Certificates will be awarded for any . article of local manufaotuio, if deemed of sufficient merit. All intending exhibitors must appply for the requisite space. 14—All protests mast be made in writing, and left with the Committee within •• one hour of the time of removal of th e stock, and the Committee will deoid e the same as soon as possible.
