Friday evening. Atßemuera on Thursday, July 26th, dairy cattle were in moderate numbers, and at lower values j store cattle in less ihan usual supply, and free inquiry. Fat uacile penned in leas than average Bupply ; 119 head yarded, of better than usual quality, prices are lower— about 10s per head. A few pens of store lambs brought 5.4 and 5a 6d each. Fat sheep in le3s than average supply, and slightly, better worth. Pigs plentiful, for well-bred animals free inquiry, at good prices ; inferior animals scarcely saleable. Prices obtained were : Daicy cows, £5 to £8 ; barren oows, £3 to £5 10s ; 18 months heifers, £3 10s; ealvee, mixed sexes, 38b to 53a ; three-year-old steers, £5 10s ; well-fatted steerß, 275; cows and secondary quality, from 24s the lOOlba j well -bred pigs, sd ; interior, 2&d per lb, average's were: R KelJy, 17 oxeu, 1,12 5s ; William Scott,, 85 oxen, £10 10a 6dj Jotiu Usher, 29 oxen, £10 2s fill; R Seccumbe, 28 head mixed' sexes, £7 15a ; R Kelly, 235 wethers, 16 Bd.

Mr Kennedy Hill reports that at Mr John llunouman's clearing sale, theie was a very large attendance, bidding was spirited, and stock realised good prices considering the time of year. Sheep (wether lambs), 4s 9i to 5s Sd ; twotosthed ewes from 14s 6d to 19s 6d ; ewe lambs, 5a sd; merino ewes, from 33 to 4» 5d ; half-bred ewes, from 7s 6ds to Ss 3d. Horses were dull of sale.
