MEETING OE CREDITORS.

Mr Wilcocks, the Deputy Registrar, produced and read a notice which' he had received from Mr Win. Coleman, on behalf of Mr Arthur Sinclair, claiming certain articles of furniture which were in the house at present occupied by Mr H. S. Meyers, at Remuera.

Mr T. Macffarlane said he understood there were also several articles belonging to Mrs Meyers under her marriage settlement. He would have to go out to the house, and separate the furniture belonging to Mr Sinclair and Mrs Meyers from that which was o be sold for tho benefit of the estate.
