PROGRAMME OF HORTICULTURAL SHOW. General Regulations. I — All entries must be made in w ting, addressed to the Secretary, Poet-office Cambridge, on or before 2— All entr:es must be made in the name of the hona fide owner. 3— Hie ticket for entrance mußt be pro* duced to the gatekeeper or the exhibit' will not be admitted. 4— Horses must be haltered or led, and, o n no account be removed from the n allotted stands without the permiesio of the Stewards. s—All5 — All bulls to be led, s—Servants5 — Servants in charge of stock to be subject to the orders of the Committee. 7 — Exhibitors will be required to state a? accurately as possible in writing »it the time of entry, the date of birth of all stock in classes where the age is specified, and in all classes of sheep the time of last shearing. B— iPecligrees of stock should be deposited with the Secretary at the time of making entry. 9 — No stock or implements exhibited to he removed from the yard until after 5 o!clock on the day of show without a special order from the Committee. 10 — The Committee will not hold themselves responsible for loss, damige, or misdelivery of stock or exhibits at the show. 11— In the event of there being no competition in any class, no prize will be given, unless the Judges certify to particular merit. Power is also reserved to withhold a prize where the Judges consider it ought not to be awarded for want of sufficient merit, even where there is com petition. 12— Extra took, not enumerated under any of the" above classes, may be exhibited by paying the usual entrance fees as in the class to which they are most closely allied. Honorary certifi cates may be awarded, but no prize, unless there be. competition. 13— Certificates will be awarded for any article of local manufactuie, if deemed of sufficient merit. All intending exhibitors must appply for the requisite space. ( 14— All protests must be made in writing, and left with the Committee within one hour of the time of removal of the stock, and the Committee will decide the same as soon as possible.
