[The following telegram, which we pubiiahel as a Times extra, yesterday afternoon, was forwarded to from Wellingfcoa by o lr speciul correspondent.] Wellington, Monday. 2 30 p.m. Cable message has just been received at Government House from the Agent-General. ' He reports a great battle between the Turks and Russians. The Turks were defeated with loss of 5,000 men.
