Tenders must bo enclosed m an envelope addressed "Board of Education, Auckland," and marked on the outside " Tender for lease of reserve," and must be delivered at the offioe of the Board, Wyndnam-street, Auokland, not later than noon of WEDNESDAY, 22nd August, 1877 ; or must be posted at some Post-office within the Provincial district, m suoh time as will allow of their proper delivery on or before that date m the ordinary course.
