The Welllington "Post" is responsible for the statement that owing to the fact that some of the Civil Servants find means of clandestine exit from the General Government Buildings, a new regulation will shortly be issued to compel each Civil Servant on entering the office m the morning to deliver up his boots to an officer appointed for the purpose, and that these will be retained until the hour of leaving at half-past four o'clock.
