A small book of poems' called 'Idy lie of the Rink,' his recently appeared The 'Spectator,' m reviewing it, remarks :- This elegant and unpretentious little volume contains Mime dozen parodies of well-known songs and copies of verses. If they do not attain to the firtt degree of merit— we believe it has been o »lcul>ited that there are only about eight or nine perfect parodies m thu lnnsnage— they are certainly clever, unnffected, and some of them highly amusing. The best of them perhaps is -• The Kinker's Farewell to her Skates, by the Hon Mrs N.
