ARREST OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE PARIS MUNICIPAL COUNCIL.
London- June 6. 'It; stated by th* 'Times' that Count Schouvaloff, Russian Am'bassader at London, is the: bearer of a note from St. Petersburg-It replying to certain questions raised by England. V ; The ' Times ' further says that the note lias special reference to an eventual temporary occupation -of Constantinople by Utissia. The President of the Paris Municipal Council has been arrested for attacking President MacMahon.
