This will soon be the case, and an alteration in the': carriage ; and de- ■ livery .'of mails generally throughout the district will have to be made. Ngaruawahia, nob Mercer,- will then be the starting point for the Waikato coaches, and it will tb en be possible foj- the Postal authorities to make such arrangements as will give to the various Waikato settlements a regular daily service.
