Waikato Times Office, ALFRED BUCKLAND'S REPORT. Fiiday evening. At Remuera on Thursday no store cattle were yardkd. Dairy cows were numerous, witn a steady demand at late values j tho9« near calving brought ft. »m £8 10s to £12 7s Gd. Fat cattle in moderate numbers, 136 head yarded, generally of good quality and heavier than average weights. Prices were higher at least Is the lOOlbs, and ranged from 23s to 27«> 6d. Store sheep more than; usually plentiful, wilh a fair jnquiry. Medium lambs brought 6s 3d and 7s ; old' ewes, 5s each. Fat sheep abundant, but not of choice quality. They were in better demand than for several weeks, and advanced about ',1s per head, and brought from 2d to2|d the lib. Pigs of nil descriptions unusually plentiful, with a good demand throughout the sale.. Averages obtained vere : 41 head, A Maclean' £10; 30 steerß, R Seocomhe, £8] 15s ; 12 head, W Woodward, £8 17* 61 : 22 head, A J Scott, £7 4s ; 18 head, Alexander Muir, £7 11a ; 806 sheep, mixed sexes, F Vickers, 12a; 837 wethers, F Hicks, 10a 3d.
