Waikato Times Office, Friday evening. ALFRED BUCKLAND'S REPORT. At Remuera, on Thursday, good dairy cattle were in leas number than usual; prices obtained were higher thau hitherto, fcjtore cattle were in usual number, with an irregular demand, but, on the whole, higher values than usual. Fat cattle weie in large numbers—2oo pcuned—but many of them were coarse, and of inferior quality. Prices for welUbred cattle were fully maintained. No good fat calves yarded. Store s'leep were in moderate numbers and late values. Fat sheep were in le&8 thau usual supply, aud dull of sale at la3t week's quotations. Prices obtained were : For dairy cattle, £8 to £14.; dry cows, £4 to £6 ; wellbred calves, 40s to 50a ; two-year-old steers, £4 10s; fat cattle 23s to 28s per I'iOlbs; fat sheen. 1 u c, 2\ \ per lb ; good lambs. 12s to 14 eMb.
