" Admiheb's " letter being an attack upon the general conduct of a public offi er, who woula have no opportunity of replying to it through the Press, can only be inserted on condition that the writer attaches to it bis name and ad* dress. If I here is any real neglect of duty as insinuated by '• Admirer," the compiaiub s ould be made to the official superior of the person alluded to.
