Fodder was in usual supply, Some_|of it wetted sold at low prices, but good dry fodder was hotter worth. Wool, Skins, and Hides — Wool and s : ins were in full supply, and maintained late advanced values, mostly wools ii. grease, and it brought from 9& to lid per lb. Hides were in less numbers than usual, but in steady demand at last week's values, 3|d to 4d> the lbi Cattle, Sheep, &c— At Remuera on Thursday, dairy cattle were in less than usual siapply and dull of sale ; store cattle in moderate numbers, with a .better inquiry ; fat stock in average numbers — 127 head yarded of. very good-quality, prices lower Is to2s the 1001b j store sheep dull of sale; f_t bheep at last week's values,; well.bred pigs in larger numbers than usual, and in demand at better values. Prices realised were :— Dairy cattle at calving, -£7 to £10 ; dry cows, £3 10s to £4; IS months steer*, £4 ; beiiers, 57s 6 J ; grown Bteers. £7 each; fat cattle, 22s to 26s the 100Jb ; fat weth;rs, 3d ; ewes, from 2d the lb ; fat lambs, 2s ; €d to Ss 6d each ; wellbred growing pigß, 5d the lb. Averages were : 18 fat cowa and heifers/ £6 ; 85 oxen, A.
