The intentions of trie Powers are not yet known, but it is believed that all the Envoys will leave Constantinople without pledging their respective Governments to any future policy. PREPARATIONS IN ENGLAND Orders have been given by the British Admiralty to push forward the construction of the powerful ironclads Agamemnon, Aj ,x, Northampton, and Nelson, oa the stocks. Activity is observable at the asenals. WAR F-NTBUSIASM IN TURKEY. | The enthusiasm which followed tha Sultans declaration in Constantinople has been echoed throughout Turkey.
