No person shall be allowed to ran horse except m the Hack, Pony, or Maori Races, unless a subscriber of 2 soya to the race funds. All protests during the meeting must be accompanied with a deposit of 3 soys, which will be liable to forfeiture to the Club, should the Stewards consider the protest frivolous or vexations.
