THE AOTEROA LAND DISPUTE.
(From & special correspondent) Janury Bth. . Takerei Te Eau with Re.wi have returned from Aoteroa, where tbe/ have been to settle what threatened to be a very serious land dispute amongst the -natives. Tke. matter has by their mediation been amicably arranged. The Kingites generally express very great regret at the death of Sir Donald MeLean. Takerei say.*;, the M © ies will never see so just a Pakeha again.
