Sir, — If the telegraphic extract from the Wellinglon Gazette) which appeared in your inup of the 2nd instant, bo correcl, then I take it, that tho Rangiaohia district is very unfairly dealt with in getting only one Councillor ; and the settlers thereof h»*e ei'e r y reason to be, as they ore, diaatiafied with the multiplied wii dom of the new rule, which has placed one of the finest Riding* in the Waipa County ni the miointum of Council.— l am, &o, Obsebvbb.
