Auckland, last night. A lad named William Home wag seriously irvjnared, being caught in the windpipe by the hook of the harness of a horse he was leading. Mr Goldie'a candidature for City West is favorably progressing. He is a declared Separationist. CrIUHAMSTOWU, last night. A lad pointed a gun at another, supposing it was not loaded, and it went off, ladging the charge in his shoulder, Dunedin, last night. Marshall, a well-to-do milkman, with a largo family, was arrested for criminal assault on a -child eleven years of age. The Dunedin Cricketers have agreed to the All England Eleven's terms, and will raise the required sum.
