The minutes 'of tho previous meeting having bean toad and confirmed, the following 1 g^mtieineu, non>iii*ted at htsb meeting* for inoaibervS, woro balloted for and elected, viz: GUpfcau Owen, and Messrs Alwill and Brooks. A letter was read from Mr James Ranciman, who forwarded a copy of tlio " Branding Act." A letter was also re-ul frjni Mf John McLood, drawing attention to fche quality of his lime.
