Sir Julius 1 Vo'j;el explained tih.it it wab not tho duty of fclm Hou.se to interfere in the matter, [f iiny member was disqualified lie subjected himself to heavy penalties by sitting in the Home, and any other member or poi-Ron fooling he had a case against him, could proceed .icoording to law. Mr llues protested against the shelving of Ins motion, but the House negatived it on the voices.
