It if proposed o eilablish * Company under the above title, for tlio purpose of erecting a iuitnblft Public Hall in Hamilton, That the want of such a building if much felt is indisputable. The people are at present entirely dependent for accommodation upon the courtesy of the Officer Commanding thediitric, or of the Resident Magistrate, for the time being, of Waikato. Tho present undertaking proposes to remedy this deflcieucy by providing a plaoe where all classes nnd soctiom of the community can meet for public purposrs.
