Snt, — The sitting of this Court was to hnve been held to-morrow, and proiecutors and defendants, witnesses and counsel wo.-c until three o'clock to-day left unaware that it had been postponed. Some even of tbe porties concerned are coming up in the boat to-night. Surely if the E.M. cannot fit there are Justices of the Peace who ould have been warned lo take his place, and if they could not, or would not, of what use are they ?
