I have received instructions from Mr JoHK Wallach to sell on Fbidat, 7th April, at the Haymatket, Auokbind, HIS FARM AT THE FLAT BUSH, oompnsins; 107^ Acres Frtehold, a large portion of which is pipe dbainbd. The Farm is in good hxabt, and subdivided into six enolo«ure«, «11 m good pasture, oxcept ten acrtf of bush kept for firewood and fencing purposes. There n on the Farm a Commodious Dwellinghouse, Six-stalled Stable, with Hay Loft, Lsrgs» Chaff and Harness Room, Barn, Cow Shed, Cart Shed, Buggy Houso, and Implement House, lfc Acres of Orchard, and a Three-roomed Workman's Cottage ; and each enclosure is watered bj a r ever-failing stream of water.
