It is proposed o establish a Company under the aViove titk', for the purpose of erooting a »uitablfi Public Hall in Hamilton. That the want of suoh a building is much felt is indisputable". The present undertaking proposes to remedy this deficiency by providing a place whero all classes and sections of the community can moet for public purposes. The capital will considt of 500 shares, of £1 each, payable as follows :—ss: — 5s upon application, and Ss each aucceeding mouth.
